米仔是個很標準的50% 寶寶
昨天再幫米仔量了一次體重
12周大的米仔 已經6.2公斤拉
(難怪我的手臂越來越強壯)
11周的時候幫他量身高是60公分
也剛好在 50% 的線上
所以 我只能說 WHO這個生長曲線
還真是有夠精準的拉
 

  剛出生的時候的身高一定被亂量的

禮拜天的下午
我們打算帶米仔出門買東西
和往常一樣
本來打算讓他穿上他的外出服
(比較厚的遊戲服)
不過 在幫他換好衣服之後
我赫然發現
米仔的腿伸不直了
這也就代表著
米仔正是和0-3個月大的衣服Say Bye Bye
開始要進入3-6個月的階段囉

幸好 現在天氣一整個回暖了
這個禮拜都會有攝氏2-13度
不過 討厭的就是
春天 伴隨著就是下不完的春雨
換個角度想
春雨下完 就會進入美麗的花季了
值得期待喔

小米仔之所以為小米仔
原因有很多個
第一個原因 就是
很久很久以前
我做了一個夢
夢裡面 我生了寶寶
但是 寶寶長什麼樣子
醒過來 我已經想不起來了
只記得 臉圓圓的 但下巴尖尖的
然後 耳朵大大的
這樣的形象 讓我直覺想到米老鼠
於是 我就決定以後生寶寶 要叫他小米

當然 另外一個原因是
米仔是個在美國 (米國) 出生的寶寶

至於米仔的英文名字
一開始 我是想叫他Rice
反正 簡單又好記 還可以當國務卿呢 (當時的美國國務卿是Rice)
不過 後來發現 Rice很少拿來當名字 比較是當姓式用
於是 就東查西查
最後 決定取個有氣勢的名字 Alexander
希望米仔可以像亞歷山大大帝一樣
然後 又可以簡稱Alex
所以 一樣簡單好記

那到底 米仔的中文名字是什麼呢
米仔的中文名字叫做 吳易宸
是個無論筆劃或是三才格都很好的名字
筆劃上面 好像也不是太多
也不會很菜市場名
不過  他大概會對這個名字很陌生
畢竟 我都還是叫他小米仔 或是小阿米 比較多

說實在話 米仔是個算乖的寶寶
在兩個月之前 對他來說
唯一值得讓他放聲大哭的理由
就只有肚子餓這件事情
滿月之前的米仔
大部分的時間都在睡覺
可是 肚子裡像是裝了個鬧鐘一樣
每三個小時就會固定響一次
那種大哭 就像是餓超久一樣
完全不給人準備的時間
不過 一給奶喝
就立刻專心喝奶
彷彿剛才那個大哭的小孩不是他一樣

偶爾 他還會自己扶扶奶瓶
不過 當然 那只是偶爾拉

慢慢長大一點
現在的米仔 已經不會像之前一樣
餓到最後一秒才爆發
他肚子餓的時候 就會開始吐舌頭

不過 也是因為長大了
也開始變的比較挑嘴
最喜歡吃新鮮的母奶
再來是現泡的配方奶
加熱過的奶 可能是味道比較腥
少爺常常吃到不餓了 就不願意再吃了
這一點 倒是讓我比較傷腦筋

原本以為食量變小的他
可能是生病或是進入厭奶期了
不過 最近的觀察
我是覺得 他應該是挑嘴
不過 也有可能是長大了
覺得之前的奶嘴頭流速太慢

總之 今天開始要讓他換吃中流速的
希望能夠有所改善囉

一般來說 出生後的第一次回診　是在出生後兩週
不過　因為米仔出生後的一些小狀況
醫生們希望禮拜六出院的他　能夠在禮拜一一早去回診
於是 一大早 我就打電話預約回診拉
回診的地方 理論上是一般小兒科
不過 因為預約的小姐解釋的很不清楚
所以 我們在醫院帶著重重的米仔 東找西找
最後 終於找到了
當然 這個時候的米仔
還不是叫做Alexander Wu
在醫院裡面的紀錄
他是Baby Boy Mei

回診的結果 米仔比出院重了100 g
可見回家後吃的很好喔
身高也高了兩公分 (個人覺得有點誇張 應該是沒量準)
不過 因為米仔還是有一點黃黃的
保險起見 還是再抽了一次血驗黃膽

回家後沒多久 就接到電話說結果很正常拉 : )

隔天下午 則是約了這邊的割包皮高手幫米仔割包皮
本來是出生後就要動這個小手術
一樣也是因為小狀況被迫延期

手術前 醫生叮嚀寶寶可能會有情緒不穩定的現象
如果有需要 可以給他吃一點止痛藥
然後大概隔天就會正常尿尿了

不過 回家以後 米仔依舊好吃好睡
就像是什麼都沒發生過依樣
到了晚上 幫他換尿布的時候
因為要幫他擦凡是林
延長了我們換尿布的時間
也讓這個小子第一次成功的製造了小噴泉
(不是明天才會尿嗎?)
總而言之 米仔是個健康快樂的寶寶

最近 米仔多了一個新名字 吳阿歡
為什麼呢 因為 他最近晚上
有時會有突然之間的大哭
怎麼哄都不停
眼淚大顆大顆的掉
搞不清楚到底怎麼了

等到哭完了之後
又一副剛才那個"起歡癲"的人不是他的無辜表情

除此之外 之前半夜可以睡四五個小時才醒的
又變成 很不規律的有時兩個小時 有時三個小時
也不乖乖自己吃
搞的我們兩個快累掛了

所以 在昨天 我們做了一個決定
就是 決定丟掉那個不受他青睞配方奶
可能就是因為那個他討厭的配方奶
他常常情願睡覺也不要起來吃奶
飲食很不正常 連帶的作息也變的很怪
不過 有一點很有趣的
就是 在他吃那個不喜歡的配方奶時
如果沒有想睡覺
就會一直張嘴笑
這樣 你就沒辦法把奶瓶塞在他的嘴裡
會不會太聰明拉


希望在換回他愛的配方奶之後
那個乖寶寶能夠重新出現
讓我可以睡個好覺

昨天是出生後的兩個月大健康檢查
一早 米仔就很開心的在跟爸爸玩
到了醫院 仍舊保持著相當好的心情
先脫了衣服秤重跟量身高

 
現在已經有5.4 kg重
身高則有58公分
頭圍大約36.2公分
將他的數據回歸到世界衛生組織的男寶寶生長曲線
基本上 米仔完完全全的就是個50% 寶寶
非常的固守中庸之道
在讓醫生檢查看他的頭可以仰多高的時候
還又表演了一次翻身

今天的檢查 除了例行的基本健康檢查之外
另外一個重頭戲
就是打疫苗拉
基本上 米仔應該是不怕打針的
不過 因為檢查的時間還挺久
所以 已經到了要吃的時間
因為疫苗可能會造成寶寶發燒等症狀
所以在打疫苗之前
先給他吃了一些寶寶專用的Tynol
因為肚子餓的關係
米仔一下就把Tynol吃光了
還伸舌頭想要再多吃些呢
之後 就是吃Rotavirus疫苗
護士小姐說他吃疫苗的表現
一整個就像是個大小孩依樣

當然 肚子餓餓的米仔
最討厭的 就是餓餓又被抓住
所以 一被抓住 就放聲大哭
儘管護士很快的打完了疫苗
不過 還是哭了頗久
當然 肚子餓餓 又沒得吃的情況下
打完疫苗的米仔
一被抱起來沒多久
就又睡著了
不過 一到了Daycare
立刻又開始討奶喝
幸好我們早有準備

晚上回家
米仔就開始有些微體溫偏高的現象
身體不舒服的他
就又開始非常的撒嬌
食慾也變的很差

還好 今天下午休息夠了以後
又變回了開心又食慾好的小米仔拉

因為有點小感冒
所以米仔的呼吸有點鼻水造成的呼嚕聲
本來是想要把他的打呼聲錄下來
不過也剛好捕捉到睡夢中
開心笑的小米仔

出生的時候 米仔是個頭髮很多
哭聲很宏亮的寶寶
  醫生叔淑說 我可以叫Hairry 中文翻譯就是 小毛 拉

睡醒的時候 喜歡咬衣服的袖子
換尿布也不會哭 但是不能讓他餓肚子
一旦肚子餓了 就會哭的驚天動地
在第二天的時候
一早先由護士幫他洗了澡
變成香噴噴的小米仔
洗香香後心情也超好的
好奇的東看西看
但之後的血液檢查的結果發現他的CRP指數偏高
黃膽的情況也出現了
CRP指數  通常代表著感染的發生
為了要了解狀況
開始給予靜脈注射抗生素
小小的手背上
埋了一跟粗粗的ｉｖ針
看了就讓人心疼
不過 小米仔仍舊很乖
打針抽血 也不會大哭
會哭只是因為不喜歡被抓住的感覺

第三天的清晨
黃膽指數有稍微降低
crp也有改善 顯示可能抗生素有作用了
所以 要持續給予抗生素
也因為這樣 我們就沒有辦法今天出院了　
當天晚上因為我該出院了
所以我們就換到了小小的兒童病房
由我繼續陪著他

第四天一早
小兒科醫生就來跟我們說
米仔的各項指數都有顯著的進步
血液培養的結果也沒有問題
所以 今天可以出院拉

在等待出院的過程中
幫米仔換上了我們自己的衣服後
他開始出現一些很好笑的表情
於是 第一組的米仔表情系列照--饅頭系列 正式出爐
說真的 還真有點像柯男裡的元太
  比"1"是因為今天是第一天要回家嗎??
  第一次回家喔!!

回到家的米仔 眼睛大大的東看西看
完全是個好奇寶寶
我們也很快的幫他換上了可愛的睡衣
 
看他睡的這麼香 應該也很高興回家吧

2/1 是我重新回實驗室工作
以及米仔開始去Daycare Center的日子
簡單的說 第一天上班
就是把之前的酵母菌
種到新的培養基裡面活化
順便回顧一下之前的實驗
畢竟 當初完全就沒有預期會那麼早生
記得2/14 我還規劃了一堆實驗
種了一堆Yeast 準備在生之前把實驗告一個小段落
所以當然 回來工作的一件重要的事情
就是把那些白白養的酵母菌清掉

至於米仔的第一天上學
負責照顧他的Miss Molly說他是個很乖的小孩
表現的非常好
這倒是不難想像
畢竟 這一段時間以來的經驗告訴我
這個小鬼頭 遇到新的美眉 總是會表現出一附乖樣
當初在醫院 連打針抽血 只要是新的護士阿姨
都表現的很乖 頂多叫個幾聲 就又乖乖就範了

至於吃的方面 吃的比平常多
不過 經驗老道的Miss Russell說
基本上 寶寶每格一段時間就會有幾天突然變的比較會吃
幾乎每個小時都表現出飢餓
這是因為寶寶正逢寶寶的快速生長期

這就讓我突然了解到
為什麼之前米仔有時候會剛吃飽一下子又要吃
原來並不是前一餐沒吃飽
而是快速生長期
看來 還是要問有經驗的人比較好

考慮了很久 原本是想說 就讓小米仔跟我們一樣睡在床墊上就好
不過 幾經掙扎 還是決定要幫他買一套嬰兒床
這組嬰兒床 是屬於四合一的系列
可以當做嬰兒床 小孩床 椅子 以及Full Size的床架使用
算是很實惠 網路上的評價也不錯
再搭配超級可愛的樂隊小熊床組
跟舒適的Sealy床墊
算是高級享受了吧
以後 小米仔就可以居高臨下的看我們了
  當作嬰兒床用的時候

  當作小孩床使用
  當椅子用

 變身成Full size床架用

第1周到第9周

口白:Within a week of conception, your fertilized egg, known as a blastocyst, will make its way to your uterus. The egg is about the size of a pen tip.

In days, the cells in the egg arrange themselves into groupings. The inner cell mass will become your baby. The outer cells will become the amniotic sac and placenta. The blastocyst then sheds its protective casing in a process called hatching, and burrows into the lush uterine wall.

At ten weeks and barely the size of a kumquat, your baby is entering the fetal stage of development.

His facial features are defined, and his tooth buds are forming.

Over the next weeks, his tissues and organs will rapidly grow and mature.

The webbing is gone between his fingers and toes, and his nails and fingerprints are developing. Your baby can open and close his fists and curl his toes.

Thanks to his developing muscles and reflexes, he's now moving his limbs and kicking up a storm. If this is your first baby, though, you likely won't feel his flutters until 18 to 20 weeks.

Through translucent skin, his vital organs are visible and functioning, including his growing brain, nervous system, intestines, and liver, which is making red blood cells in place of the disappearing yolk sac.

The umbilical cord is working hard now. One vein delivers oxygen and nutrient-rich blood to your baby. Two arteries then carry the blood away.

Your baby's skeleton is changing too. The soft cartilage is starting to harden into bone. This happens first in the arms and legs.

He weighs nearly 2 pounds and is about 14 and a half inches long. Now there's just one more trimester to go!

第28-37周

You and your baby are beginning your last trimester together. At 28 weeks, your baby weighs just over 2 pounds. He'll more than triple his weight between now and birth, and build a layer of fat that will help keep him warm outside the womb. Your baby's skeleton is hardening. The bones in his head have not yet fused together, which will allow them to slightly overlap as his head passes through the snug space of the birth canal. Billions of neurons have developed and are firing in your baby's brain, creating essential connections that will help him learn in and outside the womb. Your baby can open his eyes now and see the light that filters through your womb. He can hear, too, so go ahead and talk or sing to your baby. As your due date nears, your baby will shed small bits of vernix caseosa, the white "cheesy" substance that covers his entire body and protects his skin from the amniotic fluid he's floating in. Your baby swallows some of these bits, along with other secretions, which pass through his digestive system to become his first bowel movement. At 37 weeks, your baby's skin is pink and soft. He's looking less like a wrinkled alien and more like a baby. He's gaining nearly one ounce a day and weighs about 6 pounds. He's now considered full-term. In preparation for birth, most babies will turn so their head is facing downward. Your baby will stay that way, head resting in your pelvic area, as he gets ready to greet the world.

Labor 及生產

之前看很多在美國生產的媽媽日記　
都有提到　在這邊　大概36 周左右要做一個B型鏈球菌的篩檢
這項篩檢 再台灣 是屬於自費的篩檢項目
看媽寶版 也有很多人認為 這項篩檢沒有必要或甚至有點排斥
不過 那天看到新聞
說一個自然產的寶寶 因為媽媽有B鏈球菌感染
但自己不知道
造成寶寶在出生後幾天 高燒不退
現在已經變成腦麻了
仔細看一下報導 發現 台灣居然有高達1/3的孕婦有這個感染
所以 即使是個自費的檢查項目 還是花個錢 買個保險吧

小米仔現在長已經32周大拉 沒事喜歡頂右邊的肚子
所以 肚子的形狀常常處於一種很好笑的狀態 (右邊凸一大坨)
小米仔最近也常常在打嗝
說是在打嗝 其實就是在吞嚥羊水
這是因為寶寶的肺部在發育
所以 感覺到打嗝 表示　
寶寶在練習呼吸

寶寶的打嗝 媽媽的感覺
就是很固定頻率的小幅震動
跟一般的胎動不一樣
還挺有趣的

轉眼間 這小子住進他的專屬套房也進入第29周了
也就是說 我已經進入第三孕期拉
這個時間點 每天有一件很重要的工作
就是記錄胎動頻率
一般來說 如果在3小時內 胎動次數少於10次
就必須要特別注意 要跟醫生討論

不過 我們家的小米仔 是個非常非常好動的娃
就在我打這篇文章的當下 (當然用不到10分鐘)
他大概已經動了不下10次了

總結一下 他愛動的時間 包括了
我去聽演講的時候 (是喜歡聽別人說話嗎 還是抗議太無聊了)
吃午飯的時候 (大概是肚子餓了吧)
站著做實驗的時候
最後 動的最誇張 會有那種從右到左 從上到下 跟表演特技一般的運動的時機
就是 我要睡覺的時候 (寶貝阿 你不睏 我睏阿)

所以說 雖然理論上 每天都要固定一個時間 好好靜下心感受一下胎動 來確定寶寶的健康
不過 目前來說 我並沒有這個需求 因為 小米仔 隨時都在提醒我 他的存在 

從上上禮拜就利用了UIHC的線上預約系統希望能夠早點排到
沒想到 到今天都還沒有回應
為了怕拖到九月都沒辦法預約到
索性昨天直接跟學校要了我的保險號碼
(誰叫沒效率的系統一直還沒把我的保險卡寄到)
今天一早直接打電話去預約
雖然聽了大概10分鐘的音樂等待
不過 總算是把檢查的時間喬定了
下禮拜二早上就可以去檢查囉
不過 檢查項目包括什麼 也還不知道
照理說 應該去又得要填一大堆表格
依照這邊的醫療速度
預計大概一整個早上都完全得要待在那邊了

另外一個小插曲 是 我很開心的知道他優先幫我排到下禮拜二之後
居然忘了問檢查的地方在哪裡
上網一查 總共有三個地方
只好再打一次電話 再聽一次音樂
不過 還是很開心 一切都搞定囉

把你的醫療訊息update (大部分上次去掛急診的時候就已經建好擋了)
寫清楚你需要的醫療預約原因
以及你希望的預約時段
周一到周五 都可以選不同的時段
大概24小時內 就會收到預約的時間跟結果
而且 非常有效率的是 因為我這次的預約只是很簡單的懷孕測試
所以 禮拜一登錄 禮拜二就告訴我 禮拜四一早可以了

第一次的產檢 幾本上 很簡單 就是 驗尿
幾分鐘之後 護士小姐就進來告訴我們
恭喜拉 你們要當爸爸媽媽了

接下來 就是等8周的時候 進行正式的產檢囉
